I think the original was fine. I would have had someone else for the Kingpin, but otherwise it was okay. I don't really think they need to reboot it right now. He's not a super popular character anyway.

Theres a rumor that if FOX doesnt get production started on DD by the end of 2012 the rights revert back to Marvel
So this could be a good thing! (Same thing with Fantastic 4 at the end of 2013)
